: I have a lisfranc joint injury, I'm looking for others with the same condition. I would like to compare notes with someone.

I sustained a listfranc fracture in April 98 (While I was pregnant). I was misdiagnosed in the ER which was understandable as I found out except that they expected me to walk which was frankly impossible. Went back to the doc the next day & had surgery 4 days later. I still have pain to this day & just recently really aggravated it & am in a lot of pain. (BTW, when I did this, all I did was fall on the sidewalk. My foot rolled & made a weird noise). I qualified for a handicap sticker in NE (had to use it while I was in a wheelchair) and only use it if I really need it. I recently moved to MS and & military docs won't even consider my case due to "rules" (I think you basically have to be near death here). I've got signs of early arthritis and was told that later in life that they will probably have to fuse those bones in the upper foot together.
