Just curious, how did your big toe feel with Arthritis? I have had a painful big toe joint for over two months and on and off over the last 6 months. It hurts to even touch the skin over it. It is the big toe joint on top of the foot. Is it arthritis or something else? I know I should see a podiatrist but was just asking for now. Thanks for any info. NancyH
: I have severe osteoarthritis of the big toe joints by the balls of my feet. My podiatrist recommends fusion of the joint. I would like to hear from anyone who's had this done, as to how restricted I will be, does it relieve the pain, does it last forever? I am 60, very active (golf, tennis, ski, run), and want to remain active.....thanks, Mary
