: I have had bunion surgery on both feet..it is not really that bad...but since the surgery i have had constant pain in my feet..dont know if it is related to the surgery or not. I also have plantar fascitis. That could be the cause of my pain........I had bunion surgery 13 years ago, it was the worst decision I've made in my life. I was 15, and my feet didn't hurt, I just thought there was something wrong with them because I couldn't wear high heeled pointed shoes. And to think he wanted to mutilate my other foot!! No way, that one is fine. So my advice is to only have foot surgery if you have severe pain, or else it is not worth it!!!!!!!!!!
