Michael, You may suffer with a condition where the talus bone shifts and remains out of place.
This causes severe pain with the slightest movement of the foot. The pain and tenderness are intensified when placing weight on the foot. If unchecked, pain may radiate through the foot and lower leg and accompanying inflamation and swelling will occur. I have found relief from chiropractic adjustment of the foot for the repositioning of the talus bone. Generally, some soft tissue massage will further aid in the healing process. SB
