This Xmas break I had a pedicure for the first time. It was part of a package deal I had bought at a spa. The pedicure turned out to the the best part. I was quite surprised as I was not expecting this.
The woman took what looked to be a cheese slicer and slid it along the bottom of my feet to remove dead, dry skin. It did not hurt at all and it left my feet feeling great for days! She also did the nails on my feet.
I now give my feet massages every night with lotion because they get sore from standing at my work and because of medication I'm on.
I know a pedicure won't solve all feet problems. But I highly recommend them from time to time. Especially for those with dry, cracking skin.
