Please help: I have had foot pain for many years. It is a comfort to know I am not alone. I have pain in my arch, and across the top of my foot. Now always in the same place. Cannot stand on my feet for a long time without pain. To move my feet as to walk is not so painful I have taken pain medicine and have arch supports. It seems like noone can find the answer for this pain. I do not think it is an injury. Could anyone tell me the steps to follow in testing ect. I have only seen my M.D. When the pain is there it is there no matter if I am off my feet or on them. Thanks
