: I have stumped a couple of podiatrists in diagnosing what's wrong with my toes, maybe someone here can help.
: My fist three toes on both feet(big toe, next toe, and middle toe) hurt aganozingly if I happen to bend them.
: It's almost as if they've grown togther. On top of my foot are large lumps where normally there would be joint. Thay are painful when touched. This has been going on for years now but
: has recently gotten worse. The pain, once just in my toes, is now traveling up my foot. Very painful, very troublesome. Are these calcium deposits? What can be done?
: Please repond if you have any advice.
: Thank you.
Try an elimination diet. Your problem could be caused by something you are eating. You may have an allergy to some foods... Do you exercise? Circulation is important. Do you drink enough water? Elimination is also very important. Are you overweight, if so drop the extra weight and you will see a significant improvement. Good luck and God Bless.
