I've had a bunion on my right foot for years, but recently the pain is there with every step I take. I'm guessing that surgery is the only way to relieve the pain, but have many reservations about such surgery. Has anyone out there had bunion surgery, and if so, can you tell me all about your experience - the good and the bad parts...and most importantly, did it help?
