: My three middle toes and towards the arch of my foot tingle, burn and feel numb for the last year and a half. It may be a pinched nerve. I also have a bunion on that foot. I don't know if it is related. Anyone have any solutions?

You might have a pinched nerve. I actually had exact same symptoms. I saw three podiatrists and only one out of three gave me a real diagnosis. So the lesson here is - go see a good one! I had an x-ray taken of my feet, and it happens that the metatarsals of the middle feet were too close together, causing the problem. I had a shot on the feet to alleviate the the irritablity, and I have seen some progress. And I started to wear wider shoes, and this is what I think really helped. The podiatrist told me that I might have to get surgery to remove the nerve entirely in the future, but I am trying everything to prevent that from happening.
