: : I GET DRY CRACKED HEELS EVERY WINTER. I HAVE TRIED PUMMICE STONES AND LOTION, BUT THEY STILL CRACK. IT IS VERY PAINFUL. ANY IDEAS.............
: Try Corona ointment for livestock, it's an antiseptec oinment and rich in lanolin. Hope it works.
I can tell you how I cured mine in about 24 hrs.
I used Aveeno moisturizing shower & bath oil.
It's pricey but it has no fragrance or allergins to speak of. It has natural colloidal oatmeal as an ingrediant along with mineral oil.
Apply liberally to affected area and then WRAP THE FOOT WITH SARAN WRAP. Hold in place with tape.
You can do it before bed. Next day cut it off, wipe dry with paper towel. Let it air out a little while. Then do it again. You can where a sock over it and go on about your businees. It worked for me. You should know if you have a fungus like athletes foot this will probably not be a good idea.
