I srpained my ankle on April 6. I am a Union painter & must be fully healed before I go back to work I just had a cortizone shot & it hurt worse for about10 hours and noew it seems to be the same it was before the shot other than pain where needle went in it is my first ever cortizone shot & now I have to get ankle MRI. This sprain is taking so long to heal I am disgusted. It is a forward/outward 3rd degree sprain my doc didnt diagnose it I did after reading every book the library has to offer. The best is the jock doc.My doc wont say much and I dont know why. Hope we all heal to 100 percent w/ no reinjury!!! ....
