This is not good medical advice, but I had two warts that I had burned off at the doctor's office and used a type of acid on. Both times the wart went away and then came back. Finally I burned them off myself with a cigarette. It was hard to do but I put the cigarette to it, burned it very good and then picked away the burned part. Neither wart ever came back and that was about 20 years ago. I am fixing to try it again with a new plantar wart that has come up on the bottom of my foot. After I burn it off I will put neosporin and sterile guaze on it. Hope it works again.
: : Hi
: : I 'd appreciate if someone could give me more info on
: : the treatment of plantar wart.
: : My foot hurts and the wart is there for more than 3 months. Unfortunately, in the past 3 weeks it has been driving me crazy during training.

: I had a huge wart on my toe causing me much grief. I had it cut out twice and frozen four times all to no avail and a lot of pain. I read a article and tried this: I put a a piece of tape over the wart for 5 days at a time, off for a day, then back on for 5 more days and after three weeks the wart was gone!Apparently a wart is a virus and needs oxygen. It really worked! It didn't cost anything either!
