my grandmother has had a bunion on her right big toe forever and will not consider bunion despite the considerable amount of discomfort. she used to purchase a foam bunion cushion but has discovered that the company (apex in new jersey) doesn't make them anymore. Any suggestions regarding other pads? Keeping in mind that she finds the gel pads too uncomfortable....she prefers a soft foam.
