:Sandee, I am wondering which kind of surgery you had. I am scheduled for facia release surgery Aug 11, 00. My doctor said there is 2 different kinds and he prefers the one where he goes into the side of the heel and makes a larger incision but he is able to view the facia better with this surgery, rather than the surgery with the smaller incision. I have done it all and I am ready for the surgery. However haven't heard of many success stories.
