I noticed yesterday afternoon that when I swallowed it was kind of rough like my tongue was swollen. I woke up this morning and the same thing felt swollen and rough when I swallowed. I looked in the mirror and my tongue was yellow. I just got off medication for sinus infection. Could this be related or might it be something different. This has never happened before, any ideas as to what might have caused it.
