I have so many swollen lymph nodes that just pop up for no reason! Sometimes they hurt really bad but not usually. Most of them are in the right side of my groin. Some are in the left side of my groin, and there are some in my neck. My dr said that they were benign. Another dr said maybe cancer at first but then said benign. Neither told me why they would do this at random times and so many? Anybody have a clue as to why this is happening??
