Yellowing of the whites of the eyes and the skin is often a sign of jaundice which is excessive bile in the blood because of the livers inability to remove it fast enough. Milk Thistle, which can be obtained at any health food store or from a number of sources on the web, has been shown in studies to support optimal liver function. If the condition worsens you should seek professional medical attention as jaundice can be very serious if it progresses unchecked.
