if anyone cold help me fix this problem please help.six years ago my knees started to hurt and all of a sudden something stuck out in both of my knees. I dont know whether it's a bone or cartilage or whatevers. i was wondering if it was a bad thing or if it was normal for some people. if it is ok or not can you please tell me how i can get rid of it.
