: Hi all. For the past 4 yrs I have gone from a very heavy sleeper to a very light sleeper. I toss and turn all night sometimes ending up wide awake for 2 to 3 hrs. It 's not stress, because I know how I sleep when I'm stressed. It's not the same.Like anybody that has sleeping problems, functioning during the day can sometimes be a challenge. I try not to have late afternoon naps as I find that I seem to wake up feeling like I'm hungover. Another point of interest is that I have roughly 5 to 10 dreams a night that I am very aware of the next morning. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? Please respond.

Hi, I'm tossin with ya. Always slept good. Past 2 years / same as you. I'm 53 yo female and have chalked it up to meno, but who knows. Also have a cervical spine problem and maybe it's that. I long for those wonderful sleeps.
