: Do the apple cider vinigar pills really work for weight loss?
If you're looking for a "magic diet" pill, than the answer is NO! Have you ever heard the saying "an apple a day keeps the doctor away". Well this may be true because apples have necessary trace minerals like potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, etc. When its made into a cidar, the concentration of these minerals, the benefits of it increase. It supposed to help with things like pimples, constipation. As for weight loss its supposed to help decrease appetite. It won't help you 'burn fat' off. The only proven ergogenic aid to help burn fat, speed metabolism, increase energy and decrease appetite is a guarna+ephedra+white willow bark thermogenic. I saw an ad this month in GNC's magazine for Optiburn metabolic enhancer which is supposed to give incredible results. Don't waste your money on apple cidar vinegar pills.
