I was in a car accident and the lower half of my leg has a spiral fracture and the knee had to have major reconstructive surgery. I am in a cast for 10 weeks and I am miserable. Can anyone out there offer some words of wisdom on how to get through this time? It is very depressing not being able to move and I don't want this to interfere with my recovery process. Thank you for any help anyone can give and God bless.
