Hello !

I have developed a lump behind my ear, it started very small (like a fatty lump) and dissapeared.
I blamed it on overuse of my mobile since its the same ear i use, since i swapped ears for using the phone the lump has got bigger and is now pushing the bottom of my earlobe forward. the lump is visable and small bits of dry skin have started to flake away.

Any ideas what this could be ???
