Hello all I served in the Gulf for 10 monthes in the Navy on board the USS SARATOGA as an AO. In the resent issue of VFW DEC. 1999, on page 10 it talks about the drug Pyridostigmine bromide. It was a vaccine given to us as a possible antidote for Soman, a chemical developed by the Soviet Union that Iraq also had during the time. The symtoms include fatigue, mood swings, memory loss, sleep problems and muscular fatigue. The Pentigon has admitted it but they are not saying it a definate cuase. If anyone has any info on who I can contact, I've had all the signs and symtoms that were ever posted but my VA hosp. rules out everything. Please help me out Thanks.
