I've had GWS symptoms since 1964, long before the anthrax vaccine. They called mine "flight fatigue". Had I been in the infantry, they would have called it "battle fatigue", or "shell shock". My condition has progressed for so many years that diagnosable symptoms are now present. They are post polio syndrome, although I've never had polio, only military polio vaccinations, and secondary progressive MS (an autoimmune disease). I hope this adds insight to your discussion.
