I found some good civilian Doctors in the Dallas FT. Worth area, The Dallas Enviormental Health Clinic has treated about 50 Gulf War veterans, a little on on the pricey side - Web site address is: www.ehcd.com or the phone number is 214-373-5148 - bottom line is that they will work with you not against you.
