Thank you for responding. Mr. Reeves isn't exactly on the teem but does have connections. He mostly travels around and personally speaks to the Veterans and their families. As I said before, I know in my heart that this man cares and the more calls he gets the better for all of us. We ALL have to keep this fire burning so PLEASE make sure you and others call him and keep in touch with me too because the ones responsible for our pain and suffering would really like for us, (ALL OF US) to just go away but I for one WILL NOT.
: : Hi,
: : For all who are interested in talking directly to a very understanding man in Virginia who goes to different areas of the Country to talk to GW Veterans who are ill (or not) his name is Jim Reeves at #1-800-497-6261. Others will offer to talk to you but (in my opinion) he is the man to speak to. It's a starting place and he will tell you what you need to do and how you need to do it. I've already told him to be expecting your calls. Do it for yourself and your families. If the Government EVER decides to compensate our Veterans, the ones on the National Registry will be the one's considered and possibly the only ones. You must file a claim with your local Veterans Hosp. This is VITAL and no matter how many times you are turned down, RE-SUBMIT it. Don't get discouraged and don't let them win. They want you to give up. So many are giving up because they think that no-one cares but there are just too many sick for this to be ignored much longer. Tell your stories to this man because he has to send them in to Washington but he can't if you don't call him. God Bless!

: Thank you for the good information. Is Mr. Reeves with the Gulf War Investigation Team? If so, my husband has had really good luck talking to them. You know, they actually act like they care and are willing to go the extra mile to help out!
