: I WAS AT THE VA GETTING AN EEG AND I HEARD ONE PERSON TELL THE OTHER PERSON THAT I HAD AN ABNORMAL EEG AND THEN THE OTHER PERSON SAID NO, THAT IS NORMAL. ADDITIONALLY, I WAS ASKED WHILE REGISTERING FOR THE PERSIAN GULF ILLNESS REGISTRY IF I HAD EVER BEEN EXPOSED TO ANY CHEMICALS OR OIL FIRES AND THE ADMINISTRATION WOMEN DID NOT LET ME ANSWER THE QUESTION AND MARKED NO ON THE COMPUTER. I AM AFFRAID TO DISCLOSE THE VA CLINIC RESPONSIBLE.
I served in the PG in 1884, and I too have GWS.
Pres. Regan signed an order to test the "shots in question" on us. I can't even begin to tell you what it has done to me. I have learned the VA game to try to make them help me. You have one big thing in your favor which is your State Senator. You should contact his/her office and tell them that, and any other concerns you have.
When they check into the problem the VA will treat you with the respect you've earned. (or they will loose there jobs). If you have anymore questions about the system feel free to ask.
