Paula,
You will not find help with the government...stop looking there. YOu will need to go independently. I have just started my search for help for my husband and I have found the "Squalene research" which may be the culprit to GWS. This is the one study the DOD vehemently is trying to discredit and they are desperately hoping it will go away but luckily since the DOD made a fatal error in 1990 with blood samples of vets the secret is out about what is happening to the sick vets. Search all you can on 'squalene' and the research being conducted. You will be more educated about what could be happening to you. Good luck. You may e-mail me directly at MBethmiller@aol.com if you want. I am trying to rally civilians together to demand the government to begin helping the sick vets. Beth

: : If you need help with the Gulf War Syndrome or have questions about it go to www.gulflink.osd.mil.

: Before, during and after the Gulf War my company sent me to Bahrain on business. This was a private company NOT the military. I have been suffering from a lot of the same symptoms as GWS but can't get any information out of the military. Any suggestions?

: It seems to me that if they wanted to find the cause of this problem, they should want to interview everyone that was there and not just the military, unless of course they already know the cause and "it" was only given out to the military.
