: I've had GWS symptoms since 1964, long before the anthrax vaccine. They called mine "flight fatigue". Had I been in the infantry, they would have called it "battle fatigue", or "shell shock". My condition has progressed for so many years that diagnosable symptoms are now present. They are post polio syndrome, although I've never had polio, only military polio vaccinations, and secondary progressive MS (an autoimmune disease). I hope this adds insight to your discussion.

I spend my days searching for veterans of the Gulf War with MS. I seem to find about one every day and a half. I was diagnosed in 99 but the USAF neurologist suggested that I'd had it since around 93. I never heard of post polio syndrome before but that doesn't mean anything for I'm not a doctor. I will ask about the "post polio syndrome" and see what shakes out of the tree on it, then reply back. Hang in there. Please feel free to ask questions. Your not alone.
