I think somewhere in one of these messages someone had complained about little bumps all
over under there skin. I had the same problem. I asked a nutristionist who happen to be working
out at my gym, and he said, they are something,something. I don't remember exactly what he said,
but they are some type accedic build up. The kedneys are not filtering enough of them out. He told
me to add more calcium to my diet ie swiss chard, bok choy, and cabbage. I did. The bumps slowly
improved over period of few month, I did results within a, about a week. I didn't take calcium supple-
ments. Just added more swiss chard, bok choy. I was already eating fryied cabbage so I added the
Swiss chard, or bok choy, and sometimes both. It really worked pretty well for me. I also cut down
on the carbo pump drink which had a lot of critine whic is very hard on your kedney's. And I could'nt
take a calcuim with magnesium becuase it made me feel sick and seemed to sometimes make my
muscle spasms spasm more. Well If you have these little bumps you might want to try more green
leafy vegitables to your diet.
