Has there ever been any reports of people haveing gulf war syndrome who have not been to the gulf war. I am worried about my brother. He got out of the military a year ago and has been suffering from swollen joints. They keep telling us he has arthritis and then test him and it comes up negative. They have no answer for what it is. He is collecting dis ability through the military but not enough to live on. He will never be able to work again and he is only 28 sad. I am grasping at hope of anything so that maybe we can get him something to help with his pain and so that i can see him walk again without limping in pain. If you have any advice please let me know. He did drive tanks that were in the gulf war until his knee started to cause problems and then he had to go to work at a desk.
