If anyone is interested in having your claim added in the Gulf War Illness litigation and frozen Iraqi assets in the U.S. hereís what you can do. Contact Pitts and Associates at 800-269-6345. Gary Pitts and Assoc. ARE taking claims right now. This WILL NOT cost you anything up front. The only cost is a percentage if the case is won and then each individual case will be judged accordingly, so the dollar amount will vary per case that you will receive. Weíre talking about several Billions of dollars here and you have nothing to lose except a little of your time in filling out the paperwork. I have talked to Mr. Pitts a couple of times now and he said that it was okay to tell as many people about this lawsuit as I could. He is also accepting claims for any spouses and children who have been effected. He has been working on this for 2 1/2 yrs. and sounds hopeful. In the last session of Congress, the U.S. House of Representatives has approved this unanimously but Senator Jesse Helms of North Carolina, Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, has not YET agreed to it. It will be brought up in the next session of Congress and he will have to give an answer because he is up for retirement. All I can say is, itís worth a shot. If this is won, it will make it easier for you to get the disability youíve earned if youíve not already gotten it by then. THIS WILL NOT INTERFERE WITH YOUR PERSONAL CLAIMS YOU HAVE PENDING WITH VA. Itís a whole separate issue. Remember that time is of the essence so if youíre going to join this lawsuit, you need to do it as soon as you can. I certainly donít think heís going to waste his time if he didnít think he could win.
