The first one is the us gov using during vietnam under differant names. The second is Isral's neat little pakage. This is sopposivily were you recieved it from. Also please not that it can be disolved in liquid form for distribution. The current criss has me wondering in they have been feeding the palistinines in there water supply, simply because they left some troops behind in stratigic postions in were the water tables would be able to be contaminated?
