Hi Matt, I have in the last 6 months been anxious which is not me at all, for the past 40 yrs. I have been free and easy going, but I guess I had too many major changes in my life within two yrs. and my mind couldn't take them all so I developed this fear of health prob's. I am on xanax, but I will hopefully get off soon, because i don't want to up the dose. The pain I get is around the temple area and spreads to other parts of the head along the same line, the neurologist said it is the trigeminial nerve. I wish you well-by the way sumatripan worked for me-just one pill and I was great for several days, maybe it was a coincidence.
