Yes I can relate to your problems. I have been dealing with a daily headache for eight months! It starts about 30 minutes after I wake up till I go to bed. It's a medium grade headache and very bothersome (sometimes medium high).
Regular pain relievers don't help. I have been treated for sinus infection and allergies for 6 months to no avail. If i can answer any questions E-mail me
