: I am just curious... I would like to know from those of you who suffer from migraines, have you figured out what triggers your migraines. Is it mostly food oriented? Or possibly when the weather changes and the barometric pressure adjusts? DO you get migraines when you sleep funny? How about when you are stressed?
: Another thing I am curious about is do you get precursors to your migraines? Do you see halos around lights, or streaking in your vision just before you get a migraine? If you do get them I would love to hear about your stories in detail. I find that talking about how my migraines affect me it helps other people to understand their own. I am hoping that by your stories, I will be able to understand my headaches better.
My husband had no triggers nor percursors to migraines. He just plain had them 24/7 for as far back as he can remember meaning since he was a kid. For me my migraines were caused by birthcontrol pills. Now I only get them when I have a severe sinus infection that I didn't recognize early enough to get antibiotics from. If you think a migraine hurts try adding a severe sinus infection along with that. I do have some trouble with sinus headaches due to weather/barametric pressure changes. Hope this helps your "study" of headaches.
