Hi fellow sufferers, I am 27, male and work in Singapore (but I'm an Aussie), and have exactly these symptoms. I have had migranes for the last 14 years, but only in the last three weeks have the stepped up into the blurred speech region. I am under stress and generally dehydrated in this climate, but other than that have no other changes in lifestyle. Any key factors your thinking about? Sympathy Andrew
