I have had cluster's myself for the past 10 years, although a year ago I found an unusual thing that helps me. At the onset of one I drink a hot cup of coffee or hot tea with a good 2-3 teaspoons of sugar. I can't explain why this helps, but if I catch it early enough I never have a cluster. Even when I get them nearly every day for months during one of those bouts, this works nearly every time. Would love to know why, but it may be something to try if you havent.
