I tried to leave you a post some weeks ago, but I see here that my message is blank. Must have done something wrong.

Are you still in pain? Something similar happened to me last year. It was caused by a combination of stress and working at a computer all day (while stressed). I tried all sorts of things. What finally worked was using a prescribed ant-inflammatory and applying heat to the affected area. I then had extensive massage therapy. The key as to relax my muscles and improve blood flow the the affected area. I also changed my office chair, bought and ergonomic keyboard and I now try to use the mouse with my left hand to relieve my right side.
