Yes, I do take Sudefed (decongestant) if the weather is funky. Here in Northeast Florida, our Fall is cool (mid to high 40's) in the morning and upper 70's to 80 during the day. It really makes for sinus headaches. It really wrecks havoc on anything that might ache. Lynda
