Kimberly,

I don't know if you are still checking out this board, but I too have the same symptoms as you. Actually mine have gotten worse since I received the Botox shots a month ago. I am in so much pain that I am, today, going back into the Neuro's office for Trigger Point Injections and Nerve Blocks. I was just there 12 days ago and have an appoitnment again in 2 weeks but a few hours of relief are worth the injection site pain the next day. I take too many pain meds along with muscle relaxers. And have gone the same route as you with hot showers, heating pads, etc. And they don't work other than a reprieve for 30 minutes. I'm cranky towards my kids and husband and spend alot of time in bed sulking that my quality of life sucks. We even just cancelled a family weekend trip this weekend coz I don't think I could handle being in the car for hours at a time. Trick or Treating last night was the pits. Just carrying the flashlight caused my shoulders and neck to spasms and my left arm to go numb. I don't know what to tell you other than there are people out there, just like you. We all suffer and wish for the one magic pill to take away the pain. My thoughts are with you.....

Lynda
