: I am a thirty-three year old female who has had headaches of some type all my life. For the last two years, however, I have had daily headaches on the upper right side of my head. Sometimes the pain goes down my neck. I have TMJ Disorder so it may be related to this. I've done some reading and it says that headaches on one side only are very rare, and cound be attributed to blood vessel abnormalities. I have an appointment with a nuerologist. Wish me luck!
Hi I just read your post on your one sided headaches, and am curious how your appointment went with the nuero. I am thinking of making am appt to see a nuero myself. I am 29 yo female and suffer from the same thing. I was on Midrin which is a vasocostricter(sp) medication, this seemed to help me however I think when I call my doc for more Midrin she may ask me to see a nuero. I am really nervous about it and would love to hear back from you. IF you havent gone for your appt, yet, good luck and god bless, I am with you.
