I always feel pretty good in the mornings but as the day goes on things can get worse. Today hasn't been too bad. In fact I took some ibuprofen Fri and Sat and my neck hasn't been as inflamed. But that along with the Neurotin and Effexor that I take, not to mention a sleeping pill at times(I took one last night) makes me really "dopey". I'm not sure what people thought of me at church today but who cares. I felt good.
Now that most of that has worn off I can feel a pain down in my shoulder right at my shoulder blade that shoots up into my neck. I think this is what could be setting everything off. Have you ever heard of Thorasic Outlet Syndrome? A massage therapist I've seen said it sounds alot like that. It's where the muscles in the shoulder blade pinch the nerves.
