: I'm not quite sure why these are affecting mebut for the past 2 yrs strait i have had one contious migraine. on the pain scale of 1-10 it had never been lower than a 5. I am currently taking 9 different perscriptions for the control and they don't seem to work much. as of today I have had on migraine in the range of 9-10 or higher for the past 4 days and NOTHING is helping to kill it. I have been taking Fiorect for them and they seem to help with the throbbing and sharp shooting pain some, but getting more than 30 is not possible with the Dr. I have to see. My former Dr. was giving me 180 every 2 weeks and that worked in controling the sharp pain. I get dizzy, disoriented, confused, pass out (faint type),sensitivity to light sound, movement and have some memory loss when they are this bad,I get tingling and numbness in the hands arms and neck. What can i do about the pain? what can i do to stop having to take all these pills. my bathroom looks like a pharmacy. I was doing good for a while on the fioricet till they cut me off to a point. I have gone through numerous MRI,CATs x-rays, blood work and spinal taps, lus gone to many neurologists and they all have come to 2 choices in the diagnosis ...it's in my head (psychological) or something called Chiari 1 Malformation or thorasic outlet syndrome. the diagnosis is different with Dr.I see. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!! I CANNOT LIVE LIKE THIS ANY MORE!!!!

I think possibly your medications are making you feel worse. I am now on anti-seizure meds which aren't working. I told my doctor I will go off them in 3 months if I don't show any improvement. I've been fighting my migraines for 8 years. Have you tried massage? I'm going in for one Tuesday. It seemed to help last time. Good luck!
