I was on both for several years with no problems. I now take Maxalt which works much faster
for me. You should take the Paxil at a set time every day, I took mine in the morning. When
I get a headache I take a pain reliever. You will not be taking both drugs at the same time. Paxil
may also help to prevent them from occuring and the Zomig/Imitrex is to stop them. Good Luck
