My headaches are very responsive to barometric pressure changes. I have been having a lot of problems lately that arise from barometric pressure change. I am now attempting to treat these headaches by taking a potent cocktail of maxalon/panadeine forte or Tramadol/naprosyn in anticipation of a headache and then imigran nasal if one breaks through. It will leave me a bit bombed out on bad weather days, but hopefully I should be able to avoid a full attach.
