: : : : I have had headaches for a lot of my life, but lately I have been having other symptoms even when I do not have a headache. I get dizzy, I feel lost sometimes, forgetful, irritable, I can't remember birthdays half of the time. I don't know if I should be worried or not, these symptoms have only come up in the last 6 months. Should I be worried?
: : : I feel the same. I feel that sometimes I can't get words together to make a sentence. If anyone else out there has the same symptoms or answers please reply.
: : Dear Deborah,
: : Dear Diane,
: : Excuse me if my English is not perfect, but I'm quite sure I can help you.
: : I've had headaches for many years, so all these
: : syptoms you both discribe are not so strange, this is only the beginning if you don't do something about it. Believe me,pills and drugs
: : will only "push" the symptoms away, but not
: : the origin of the "disease". I curred myself
: : 100 %, so now since 1998 I didn't have any
: : pain or did not show any of these terrible symptoms. If you want to know more about it,
: : please respond to this message, so I know you
: : follow up your response messages.
: : Bye Peter (Living in Belgium Europe, age 36)
: Peter-yes I would like to know what helped you with your terrible symptoms. All migraine sufferers especially the daily chronic ones are always looking for an answer. I'll be watching for your response.
Peter, I want to know how you determined the cause of your problems and how you cured yourself. I am writing a book for a researcher/therapist who looks for causes and is very much against symptom treatment in the U.S. I understand that Europeon thought is more in line with addressing causes. Was muscle tension involved in your case? Did you figure out how to break out of a stress-tension-pain pattern?
