Dear Jill,
Have you tried seeing a chiropractor or an Osteopath who manipulates? Either one is good if you find one who knows what they are doing. I had an accident 12 years ago and have been dealing with constant daily headaches, jaw pain, TMJ, and the irritablility that goes with it. Is it sore to touch at the base of your skull 1/2 way between your spine and your ear? It is possible that your 1st and 2nd vertibrae are twisted or not alligned correctly, which will cause major jaw problems, and neck pain and headaches. Medicines will not work, neither will stretching, exercising (although it will help)isometrics, etc. Also a good professional massage every two weeks will help also. My headaches are now getting better, but I have had to go very often to get better.

Good luck,
M

: I am miserable. I have been given allergy meds for this but nothing is helping. My neck pulsates (maybe artery) I have no idea it feels like several little knife stabs in my neck. My throat is not sore and I have no other health problems. Any ideas?
