Strange buzzing when I play my guitar?

In my right ear I get this strange sound while I am playing. I can only attempt to describe it:

Vibrating, like a coin on a speaker.
Static.
Buzzing, like a cazzoo.
Imagine in your car how the dashboard vibrates when the radio is too loud.
Imagine a speaker with a tear in the paper, how it would crackle.

The sound from the guitar amp causes this noise, I have no "constant ringing" like with tinnitus.

At first I thought my amplifier was vibrating. Then I thought something in the room was.
Then I realized the sound would follow as I turn my head.
I'm not talking about loud volume either. It doesn't take much for it to occur.

My doctor examined my ear and told me that he saw no obvious problems. He sent me to an Audiologist.
The Audiologist told me that my hearing essentially is normal. She was baffled at what I was describing.

Does anyone have a clue?
