I have this annoying condition too, but I have it all the time. The "holes" in my ears seem to correct the problem as well. I would say that if the ear with the hole in it, is your good ear, then get a hole in the other one. I know that the procedure is somewhat painless and the tube stays in for 6 months or more. Can they just put one tube in your bad ear again? I know you probably had enough of tubes, but it probably will cure your problem. Best of luck and my thoughts are with you.
